The Ambassadors’ Club of Israel was proud today to host, along with The Federation of Local Authorities and The Mayor of Shibly Um El Ghanem Reginoul Counsil, a unique and enriching tour to the northen Bedouin village.
The 20 Ambassadors from Europe, Asia, Africa, North and Central America who attended the tour today, had the chance to enjoy and experience :
– A traditional Bedouin-style coffee and sweets ceremony with the elected leadership of the village.
– A visit to the Catholic church on the top of Mount Tabor.
– A glimpse of the diversity of cultures and religions (Bedouins, Druze and Jews) that cooperate together in the region.
